Brethren,
We hope this letter finds you all in good health and high spirits. We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude for the excellent turn out we had at the Annual Memorial Day Breakfast. Despite the rainy weather and the cancellation of the D-Day event, approximately 165 people attended, making it a great success! We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who volunteered and contributed to the event's success.
Next on our calendar is the Grand Master's official visit, which will take place on Friday, June 2. We encourage you to mark your calendars and join us for this special occasion. The social hour will begin at 6 pm, and it is a formal event, so it's a great opportunity to dress up and bring your loved ones for a delightful meal and fellowship.
We also want to express our gratitude to the Widow Son's for their surprise donation to the lodge, in support of their Scavenger Hunt. We are pleased to announce that the Third Annual Widows Sons "Spring Fling Charity Scavenger Hunt" will be held on Saturday, June 10. Registration will begin at 9:00 am, with the "kickstand up" at 10:00 am at our lodge. It promises to be a fantastic event, and we encourage everyone to participate and support this worthy cause.
During our stated meeting, we kindly request that you bring canned food donations for Lake Christian Ministries. Your contributions will go a long way in supporting those in need in our community. Additionally, we will have a special presentation about D-Day, so it will be an informative and engaging gathering.
Lastly, we want to inform you that we are currently working on the details for our table lodge, which will take place during our stated meeting in September. We strongly encourage you to mark your calendars and plan to attend this enjoyable event. It will be a great opportunity for fellowship.
